Got a little bored last night when I started making dinner. I just wanted to have something a bit different from the normal fare so after breading and frying the cutlets I decided to add pepperoni. After laying the cutlets out and topping them in sauce, I placed a good layer of pepperoni on top and covered it with cheese to bake.. I can say it was interesting and gooood

Take the same ingrediants...pound the chicken flat and fill with thinly sliced pepperoni and rocotta cheese, and roll into a tube...wash in a well beaten egg...roll in crumbs...pin with toothpicks...and bake

Serve with mushroom gravy...

And garlic cheese bread...
