This is one of my favorite recipes for snacking or taking to picnics. I always have people ask me for this recipe when ever I make it. No worries on remembering to collect any bowls after the picnic :icon_thumleft:

1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 teaspoons Dill Weed
2 Packages Dried Chipped Beef (chopped in small pieces)
2 tablespoons Dehydrated Onons
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Garlic Powder
1 Loaf Pumperknickle Bread (or substitute with Rye or Italian)
***Pumperknickle bread isnt as bad as some might think, it's actually pretty good with this dip***

Mix all ingredients (except the bread) and set aside. Hollow out the center of the Pumperknickle bread and tear in small pieces or cut into cubes. Keep these pieces in a ziploc baggie or other container to keep fresh. Pour the dip mixture into the hollowed out bread. Refrigerate for about a half hour or so to chill. Use the cubes of bread for dipping.

If using bread other than one you can hollow out, just place the dip mixture into a bowl and use any type of bread cut into cubes for dipping.
