chipping stone?

I found this today near a old cellarhole i was digging the ground taking out some nails. I found the odd stone when was taking out out the dirt the color is light amber and hold up to the light you can see through it. Here two pic i took maybe some can give me age on it?

Possible maybe, it is very hard to tell much from the pictures posted, hard to tell size or see the thickness .............

yes Swartzie, looks like you may be right.. would sure help if given several angles of artifact, and a dime or quarter in photos to help size them by.. Terry
