I was within 80mi of Sprgfld on tues.Don't know when I may be going back,but if it's important let me know.280mi from my place but that's just a hop,skip and a jump for helping out a valued tnet'r.I'm going 200mi tomorrow just to take an old set of golf clubs to a lala gal(Noodle) for RiverRat.

I may or may not be in chat tonight.I was just eating a whole dill pickle(love 'em) and noticed that I felt a gap in my teeth.I looked and one tooth has broken off at the gum line,root still there and guess I ate that sucker.No pain yet but I know it's coming.Hope I can find a dentist tomorrow.

Yipes! Get it fixed? I hope so! BBQ weekend coming up, ya know!

Despite the wild rumours out there around the corral.......I didn't run off with the bar maid, I didn't fall in a gopher hole, I didn't get bitten by a rattlesnake, and.....wait a second, did I say I didn't run off with the bar maid? Then, I guess it must be my metal detector........whewwwwwww

Ok....I'm back. I know I have a lot of catching up to do. Thanks to Marc's magic, I can now read my email and post. Unfortunately, Marc couldn't save my PMs, but at least I'm back in the saddle!

For those who don't remember me..............I'M BORNINOK and I hope...hope....hope that I am going to be able to make it to CTH2.

Long story short. Gayle will go in the hospital on Sep 17 at which time they will remove her left kidney. Unfortunately, everything that we have worked toward since last September.....didn't work. The left kidney is shot. Now, most people can live on 1 kidney; however, with Gayle being a diabetic, it is going to be rough. She should be in the hospital at least a week after that and then will stay at her sister's house because it is a one level house. Mine is split level with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

And....Gayle has stated that since she will be staying at her sister's house, then I WILL get my arse into my pickup and drive to CTH2. So....those of you who were planning to win........forget it. BORNINOK is back in the saddle again.

Now....all of this will depend on how she comes out of the operation. It's not an easy one, but they are going to try to do it laproscopically (sp?). So....that is where I am.

First and foremost, I want to thank all of you for the thoughts and prayer. And....to Burdie for being so understanding. And, yes, Burdie, I will get the check in the mail.

In the meantime....I will be trying to catch up on everything......

How was that ufo trip?It was like you vanished from the earth.Glad you are back with us and tell Gayle she's in my prayers,I know she will come through it like a champ.I am so sorry that you believe you have a chance to beat me in finding junk at the CTH.Serious tho,I am really glad that you may be able to make it out.God Bless.You have about 4 or 5 threads to go completely through to catch up on everything.Get busy!

Just got back from a great visit with Noodle and her A$$ and their terrific folks.Just plain ol' down home people that make you feel like family.Love 'em! Evy,Noodle didn't have anything for me to bring to you,sorry.RR,Noodle has your item,but Dan was eyeing them pretty close,so watch him.No way could I convince Dan to come to the hunt I offered to pick him up and at some hunt we need to get Ep and Betty(the folks) to attend.Great people!
