ME,we have a charter member in both the Rowdy Bunch and in the Lala Sisterhood and also the leader of the A$$'s who just happens to have a son who has a brand new pilot's license.I won't tell you who these members are, but I'm sure he would really like to fly Charlie,Nana and you to Caldwell if he was asked ever so sweetly.

ok I got questions


How big is this other thing going on there, the round up, cattle drive, or what ever it is called? Do the hotels fill up quickly? Are there any other camp grounds near other than the one posted?

Is there a rodeo going to be going on too during this time frame? Could you tell me the name of it if there is or a point of contact number.

I feel violated! They have changed the date for the CT Festival and Burdie didn't tell us! It's this coming wknd!And there is a picture of my sweetie on there too.Guess Caldwell didn't want us back,or the repairs arn't finished!

Octoberfest is Oct 6th. I don't see a thing on the cattle drive. Maybe they are not doing it this year. Means extra time at the watering hole!

From what I gather from the www this cattle drive was to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the Chisholm Trail from Fleetwood OK to the End of the Trail @ Caldwell, KS Sept 10-Oct 5, 2007...I included a bunch of the UTubes of the event. See if you recognize the Rowdy Bunch in one of them.

Noodle & I won money on the "Cow Drop" contest. I believe Evy did too.

1st video great. 2nd Rowdy Bunch at the opry house, 3rd I love watching the long horns and how the drivers kept them in line, did you know the trail boss was from Enid, Ok. she was that tiny little pretty blonde in the pony tail, there was Pawnee Bill also, does anyone remember the parents trying to explain to the kiddos that the one cow was just tired of walking and trying to get a piggy back ride, that it was not hurting the other one
