I can't believe it's less than a week! Omigawd... I have so much left to do! (I'm with Nana: pack the night before we leave). Still don't know exactly when we'll be leaving, or what route. And I thought himself liked to have everything all figured out. Sheesh.

But we'll be there by Friday and check in time.

Gypsy - I know Nana and Charlie and I will be at the Cracker Barrel Fri at 7am.Will you and the girls be there?Haven't heard from anyone else yet,still trying to convince RR and A$$ to get there buns there.BEF and Cyber should be able to make it also.

Well shoot.....springfield is a little out of my way! I'll be heading south/southwest on I-35 for a little ways. I havent got it all planned yet but I will be heading out early friday morning. I think the dodge is staying home and I will be in the grand prix for gas reasons.
Time sure is gonna fly by and I cant wait to meet everybody!!! I'll try and put chisholm or bust on the back window if I remember. 8)

Well, folks, I am currently sitting in a $30 a night motel room, somewhere in BFE, Illinois........................with a door that doesn't lock very well. Yes, I am sitting here with my 9mm strapped on...just in case. Brought in all of my equipment from the pickup.

The thing that has totally blown my mind is this........while driving through Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois........I looked at the countryside and realized just how beautiful America really is.............despite all of the ignorance and turmoil caused by our impudent politicians.

Now, ME, are you trying to pick on me............trying to outlaw my stump water Heck, politicians have been known for years to lose common sense and drive across the country to dig in dirt.......but that's because they are trying to find all of the illegal money they hid.......LOL And some politicians are digging so they can hide some of the skeletons in their closets. LOL

WSD, doubt that I will be able to join you at the Cracker Barrel............at that time I will be heading towards Blackwell, OK so that I can get the best room at the Super 8...LOL Gad, even the outhouse has to be better than this $30 a night motel I'm staying in at this very moment....LOL

I really am looking forward to meeting all of you.
