"Choose To Lose"
On January 13th myself and two co-workers weighed in at an area hospital so we could be a 3 person team in a weight loss competition that is put on by the hospital and a local newspaper. There were a total of 18 3 person teams competing in this 16 week competition. Everyone weighed in on the 13th initially to determine the total weight of teams, again at the halfway point, and at the finale on May 4th. Happy to say our team won the competition with a loss of 23% of our total weight!! We went from 750 lbs. to right around 575 lbs., I personally lost 58 and feel great right now. A little added bonus was the $1000 first prize we split...JIM
