Cibloa Vs Vaq.

Can the Cibola be hacked to give equal too or greater than performance of the Vaq ?
Not that anybody "would" but if you could would it be worth it? Or would you just end up with another V.
Any and all thoughts are welcome.

With knowledge you can jack up any detector but it would be unstable and a waste of money.
