Got each one for melt

1936 D
1938
1949
1943 D

What is each one worth even if it is cull?

It will depend on condition. Culls are generally only worth the silver content unless it's a rare date/mint mark. The 36D and 38 would need to be VG or better to have any value over melt. The 43D and 49 would need to be XF or better for any premium.

Thank you. I thought I had something special. How about a cull 1955 Franklin half?

Even a BB variety wouldn't be worth anything above melt if the coin is a cull.
