Box 100 was toss together of CWR, $100 worth. Nothing to show except for a handful of 40s and 50s. No photo.

Here are my 100 box totals so far for the year (since 01-01-2013):

V Nickels: 2
Buffalo Nickels: 53 (date and dateless)
War Nickels: 67
2009 Nickels: 46

That is 3.77 Ounces of AG in $10K worth of nickels.
Averages per type found:
1 V nickel per $5058 searched
1 buffalo per $190.87 searched
1 war per $150.99 searched
1 2009 per $219.91 searched
Or 1 of any of these every $60.21.

Keep it up. How many proofs so far? I'm @1 for 15 boxes.

Thanks! It's been a rollercoaster. I've been happy, I've been sad.. excited and let down... Can't wait to see what the next 100 look like. Also had about 20 boxes of skunks/solid 2012 in there. Hoping to drop that number in the next 100.

Box #103. Brinks box of nickels. No date, just a 4 digit number.

Picked up $210 in CWR halves while I picked up my nickel order. Opened 2 rolls to buy McDs. Found this:

g(c)lad you made it to 100 mista clad, the year is far from being over, you could add another bank to your order list, and go for 1000 boxes of nickels.

My goal this year is 365. One a day on average. If I get to that, I may go for 400... We will see!

Quick question about s mint marks in nickels. What should I be holding onto? Found a 68 and 2 70 s marked nickels in a box today.

To each their own, but I only keep 69 and older S mint or not. Now S mint proofs on the other hand I keep no matter what year.

How do you tell the difference between an s mint mark plain or proof?

How do you tell the difference between an s mint mark plain or proof?

Proof coins will have almost a mirror finish, they stand out. Plus all S mint nickels from 71 on are proof. They didn't release any S mints for circulation after 1970 I believe.

Results from the $210 CWR halves I picked up:
