Win some, lose some. I'll take a box like that over nothing though!

I found more 40 and 50, which is unusual.

What's your per box war nickel average? Seems like it might be over 1, which is WAY better than nickels for me (Brinks too). I'd hit nickels that hard with those kind of results. Halves are pretty good in my area - about 1.2 40% per box. Do you sell the pure nickel Canadians in bulk?

About 1:$125

Do you keep all your pre-60's or throw them back into the wild?

Currently I have kept everything from 1969 and older, except 1964. Not sure why. I have a 5 gallon jug full of 60s nickels. I'll probably go thru my 50 and older lot and cull out the better condition ones, enough for a few rolls of each year/mm and toss the rest back eventually.

2-2009Ps?! That's awesome!

I have not visited your log for a couple months, but caught up with everything now. None of the foreign finds recently have had any value, but they are still cool. The Box #126 Turkish coin is a 10 bin lira. "Bin" actually means 1000, so it is a 10,000 lira coin, but it is worth very little. The Box #215 unidentified coin is a 1995 Japan 50 yen, just worth exchange value. Also, the 1964 nickel in Box #227 might be a proof.

Thanks for the info. I knew I could count on you for some ID and value info. Are you getting much hunting in?

Not too much, but enough to satisfy me. My current situation just does not allow me to CRH much.

Box #234 3/4 box of bright and shiny 2011-P (which I thought for sure would have been 2013) and about $20 in CWR.
