Claimed to be a 1700s bottle

My friend said he has a 1700s bottle found in a shipwreck, any info ? He said there is no markings, is there anywhere there might be a makers mark? Or something

I would say it isn't from the 1700s. It appear to be a blob-top bottle dating no earlier than the 1840s.

I'd put a date on it of around 1870-1880. That's my best guess off a single photograph. It's still worth keeping for sure.

I don't believe it's from the 1700s. It has a tooled top not an applied top. Looks just like the many amber beers I have dug through the years. On the date, I'm going with GaRebel but will add another 10 years, 1870 to 1890s

I wonder if it was actually good beer, or just some
