Coat of arms button identification

I'm trying to identify this coat of arms button that I found yesterday near Сourtmacsherry (Ireland).



Although it looks pretty new, the overall feeling is that it was not made with modern technologies.

Any ideas, what is it? Thanks!

Seeing the back is of help in determining the age.
Anyone know what is being depicted between the two lions? -other than the star I can't make sense of it.

I'd say modern blazer button also I've dug some with a similar design.

Lions. It all fantasy based on a Coat of Arms & 20th C blazer button as everyone points out.

Here's a button I found a few years back in a school yard....I almost passed out when I first saw if in that condition is it was a period
US naval button it would have been worth some serious money....flipped it over and it had a plastic back so just a modern knock off....lol...
