Will have to shine it up Testing, it's to dull to read.

It was actually a joke. It's from an American Christmas movie named A Christmas Story. In it, the boy gets a decoder in the mail and got a code to decipher from the radio show (it takes place in the 30s or 40s). He rushes to find out what the code is, but it turns out it's just an ad for the Ovaltine drink.

the movie is set in 1940. if you look closely while he's using the decoder, it is dated 1940 (every year the ROA decoders were slightly different and dated). Look even closer, and you can see it is an original one because you can notice pitting and bubbling of the plating on it.
