The Official American Numismatic Association "Grading Standards for United States Coins", I believe is the most recognized reference book and most used!

You might try looking at the 2014 edition of "US Coins -RED BOOK". It might help, but not in the specific picture detail of grades over MS62 that you plan on getting into.

Making The Grade' (by the publisher of Coin World) has color-coded photos for numerous series of coins that show the places where wear will first show.
