coin roll hunting. how i'm doing

I have been coin roll hunting for about 2 years. I started with 1 box a week, then went to 3 a week. just recenrly I started getting 6 boxes a week, 3 boxes from 2 different banks. one bank gets their coins from brinks, the other from garda, so I have 2 different sources. I just started the 6 boxes in June, and so far this year I have found 308 40% halves and 66 90% halves. I have found a 1942 walker in AU condition, and the most surprising one was a 1937 Roanoke commemorative half. The coin was cleaned,circulated, and mistreated, but a dealeer still gave me $70 for it.

I also go through the change bags from my bank. Some banks will sell me the half dollar bag when I fill it up. One time I saw a couple of walkers in the bottom, so I bought the bag. when I went through it I found: 40 40%halves, a 90%kennedy, 4 franklins,and.....120 WALKERS. I couldn't believe my luck. who cashes in that amount of silver for face value? My bag finds this year so far have been 148 90% silver and 69 40% silver. Keep looking, it's out there.

'Who cashes in that amount of silver for face value?" Theifs who are smart enough to not sell them to a coin dealer, only to get caught when the cops come around asking the coin dealer.....anybody cash in 120 walking liberty halfs lately? I'm sure the thief was perfectly happy with his $60 for beer and cigs.....

I would just drive out of state/area and turn them in for the extra $1500. must make it worth your time
