I dug up a 1776 4 Reale coin some years ago. It's in good shape. Everything is legible but the face is a little worn. Any idea of the value would be appreciated.

I've seen some go for as little as $5 bucks...But I would not sell for that. Chances are you may never find another one. Reales are fairly cheap in the grand sceam of coins. But never the less, reales are cool coins. jgas

They can also be valued at $500 (retail) in extra fine condition.

If not, what can you read/see on both the obverse and reverse sides?
