Found these in a tin about 2 inches down on the edge of a swamp.

The dates on those coins are 1921, 1891, 1899, 1889, 1881, 1926, 1923, 1922. The tin i found them in was pretty well rotted once i broke it open. I was very excited when I found it, even did a little happy dance bought sank up to my knees in muck to get them.

Did you get a "tin" ready on your detector or did it pick up the silver?

It picked up on the tin, I wasn`t gonna dig it up but decided it was worth a look I am so glad i did

Yeah.. that's what I was afraid of. I was hoping you were going to say that it picked up a strong silver signal.
