Great Find

Interesting find today, Small tin. On the front it says "Merry Widows" $1.00 for 3. Opened it up and found 3 deteriorated raincoats... don't think they seen any duty.
They are from 1910. Never heard of one of these being found before. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Neat find. There have been a few posted before, though I don't think I've heard of any that still had the contents.

I agree, I've seen these tins posted numerous times but never with the contents inside...BUT I wouldn't try and use them!!!

I recall some years ago, a post from someone that was hunting in the woods behind a church seminary and found about 20 empty tins.
