i have read on the forum that a few people have found silver in the reject slot at some coinstar machines so i started checking one at a store i shop at and the 3rd time i checked it i found a 1962 roosevelt dime,i thought that was really cool.

I think you're definitely on to something! I need to locate the Coinstar machines in my town, will do so soon. I think some t-net folks have found nice foreign coins that way also. HH Andi

Darn that's older than the '64 quarter I found in a Coinstar this weekend. Congrats.

Check groceries and Walmart for Coinstar machines.

Yep I always check the coinstar machines have found several silvers, wheat pennies and foriegn coins.
