I can't find s making but the back has like paint all over it. So I gotta clean it up, I dropped a silver quarter on the counter and that and they sounded t the same.

Its probably silver plated.
Its a St Christopher devotional pendant.
I found this one metal detecting it is also silver plated. This is actually a visor clip Christopher metals are fairly common in the Catholic religion
