Colonial era buckles???

Hunted a 1750s house site and dug these 3 buckles within 50 feet of each other. Any of them colonial period? Is the large one even a buckle as I have not see those attachments before. Thanks for your input.

Nice! I would put them more towards the later part of the Victorian era.

The middle buckle appears to be Georgian (late 1700's) based on the attachment holes for the workings. It looks like it was stepped on back when it was lost, flattening out the curve that those buckles usually have.

After actually looking at the back of the middle buckle, which I failed to do initially, I agree with you. Good call!

Great looking buckles, especially the example in the middle. :notworthy:
I agree with Max, likely c1800 in date, a very well cast piece, maybe a child's shoe buckle.

The buckle on the far right is older then the Victorian stamped brass example on the left.
Probably 1870s or 80s in date. :thumbsup:
