Finally found my first colonial knee buckle and wax seal at early 1700s house site along with a few plain flat buttons a CW bullet and an old padlock cover.

Some very interesting finds there. Love the knee buckle frame!
 
Its an 18th C buckle alright but without a size reference I'm not sure its a knee buckle.
 
Cool finds all,but I like the wax sealer best.
