has anyone read about this? They are selling on ebay and there is a video on utube. Id like some input on this. Anyone?? I have made my own rods and do ok!!

You can buy the piezo tweeter at Radio Shack for less than $5. Add your own soap holder (used for the case) from the dollar store. And you will still be paying more than it's worth.

Bill Morgan speculated that a frequency generator was actually affecting the user what he called frequency assisted dowsing. That's when he came up with the idea to use a piezo tweeter but he also used a loudspeaker hooked up to a frequency generator. Actually the piezo tweeter is a crude frequency generator with plus or minus several hundred Hz accuracy.

Morgan did not get it right. And besides, sound waves bounce all over the place. But for about $5 you can build your own same as the ones that sell for $175 or whatever. Waste your time and annoy your neighbors at the same time.
