An ex brother in law built a squirrel house at a place we stayed.
I handed the squirrel an acorn ,and it thought my finger was another one.
Bit right to the bone.
I looked up towards the house and guess who was looking out the window? L.o.l..
He saved that squirrel a crushed head.
I pried it's jaw out , and headed for a bandaid.

When a small child we had a neighborhood "pet" squirrel. Used to feed it candy circus peanuts. Them orange sugary things.
Being me , I tried to pick it up by the tail , once.

Cute lil' critter. M&M Peanuts, they love M&M Peanuts. We used to feed a horde of squirrels from one of our fire stations lower level jailhouse windows. They would get on the windows ledge and look inside letting us know they needed an M&M fix. Lol
