Complete Shoe Buckle and Gold Ring

Found about 12 new cellar holes last week, been doing alot of hiking in other towns and found all these new foundations mostly 1700s.I got in there today for a couple of hours and found a complete shoe buckle and a gold ring size 5 could be a childs Poesy ring?Theres a hallmark inside the ring along with some ingraving,i sure could use some help on this ring.
