Confederate Canon Elevation Screw

[noahchappell]

Found this elevation screw on my land. Anyone know appraisal on one of these? It is threaded. Cleaned some dirt off. Only picture I can find, is a new one. Haven’t found one found yet.

First off, welcome to T-net. Second, can I ask what part of the country you're in? Being associated with a particular battle could help determine the price point.

Well in that case, consider reaching out to

He's our resident artillery expert, and he is from Richmond as well. In fact, I think he has a shop where he sells relics there.

A Big Welcome to You to the forum here from Georgia. That is some Great Save there. I would also recommend the Cannonball guy. Let us know more about this piece when you learn more. Very Interesting find and Save.
