Dug this token that has a swastika, horseshoe, wishbone, and four leaf clover on one side with Members Emblem of the Don't Worry Club and 19 10. The other side has Oldest Wagon Company in America and If you need a Wagon you want the BEST and that means Mitchell, established in 1834. I also dug this neat little piece and don't know what it is. Feels like lightweight lead almost. I'll be back early tomorrow to see what y'all think of the very ornate thing I found. The token I have some info on.

Your decorative object may be a key. At least that is what my uneducated guess would be.

Here's your MITCHELL WAGON advertisement!!

Wow CG, if I had the luck you have now with that token's emblems, I'd be headin for Vegas...

Thanks for the input ya'll. I am such a nerd, reading the description of The Mitchell Wagon, a predecessor to John Deere is pretty awesome and thought provoking. I wonder if the key part was broken off fyrffty but it's It's not very thick at all, about the same thickness or less as the token. I suppose it could have gone to an ornate old door or something.

Nice token find Coily.

CG, great finds, congratulations. I could agree with FF if your ornate item is rigid enough to be a key. Are there any spots on it where you see another part has been broken off of it? It may have been a music box or jewelry box key. Sub 8-)

Congrats on a nice hunt, really like that token.

Well done CG. I got one of those tokens, but mine is from a salt company.

Best of luck to you!

Decorative item may be a handle of a drawer pull

Throughout its history, Mirtchell has often been referred to as the oldest wagon company in America. While the roots of the company do trace back to 1834, there were other companies in the east with even earlier dates of establishment. Apparently that claim was not contested--so it survives today.
Don......

I like that good luck token. I have a more common one from the Excelsior Shoe Company with a man on a horse on one side and a Swasika and other good luck charms on the other. it is also dated 1910.

Very cool token! And I still am in awe of your CSA plate! Congrats

Sub , I don't think it's a key,not sturdy enough and the bottom of it is flat and doesn't appear broken.I'm thinking it may have been a decorative finial of sorts on a old box maybe. Nonetheless y'all that lucky token was luckier than I thought. Details to follow in my next post!

Looks like the top to a cruet. imo
But looks small for that ? ? ?
