Copper Coin, Help!! ID Please

found this the other day, not much detail to go by only some letters on one side. I havent been able to ID it in any of my books, hopefully somebody here will know what it is. Thanks Dean oh ya the letters are GVLIELMVS no spaces inbetween like if it were 2 words. The V's I'm takeing as old style U's. It's about the same size as a KG

To narrow the date range down, it is most likely 1695-98 looking at the ribbon positions..........They actually can be a more common find than a KGI Halfpenny.
