I found a copper plate that is 6 inches x 9 inches with a castle scene stamped into it what do you think it is possible I think it is a wall plaque

Sounds like a stove pipe cover. Often found in the kitchen of olders homes that previously had a wood or coal fired range. When they took out the old stove for a new electric or gas range they'd just cover the stove pipe in the wall with these artistic pie-pan looking covers. Looking online I see a few made of pressed repousse copper like this thing you've described. Still it could be something else ?

Possibly be the back of a oval hand mirror.

I'm kind of thinking something off of the back of a mirror to me at first I thought it was a wall plaque

It could have been a silver plated object at one time also. Many old silver plated items used copper as the base metal. I was thinking something like this trivet/plaque. Measurements are about the same. I can't really see the scene on yours though.

Now that looks a lot like it especially the one on the bottom what I'm trying to say is a Castle scene that is stamped into mine it looks like a castle scene in the foreground there is like a building and I see a figure in there also like a person

All the covers I have seen are round.
