hello iam new to metal detecting and this site i was wandering if any one could shed any light on this iteam i found iam sorry but the pics arent great i think itsa made of copper it has little markings on it. it hasa line an 40 then on a bit it has a line an 35

Data embedded in your photo tells me exactly were you took the photo
