Couple Of New Trays I Just Put Together

bsit1361 and I just did a trade. He sent me some nice Maryland pieces and I sent him some equally nice pieces from Ohio as well as Texas and North Dakota. I just finished adding his pieces and the few I already had and made a new tray so I thought I'd put up a few pics.


Thank you Ben for the great pieces. They really helped out the tray.

I also redid my Utah tray and added the Grass Sandal I got through the Secret Santa we did on Arrowheadology. Just the Sandal is from Hogup Cave. All of the Points were acquired from other people, though some may be from the Fremont culture.

it all looks great. I love the addition of the more rare perishable item. I have a nice tray of pottery with a wooden pottery paddle that has the same effect.

Looks great Steve. I bet Maryland was one of the more difficult states to find stuff for your states collection. The Utah frame looks great too. I have been to Hogup Cave, it's only about 50 miles from my house.

Thanks guys, and yes, Maryland and most the northeastern states were really hard to get pieces from. Most collectors just didn't want to part with anything. I had to buy a few from Ebay and I did a couple of trades but I don't have a lot from any of the states in that area. With this trade with bsit1361 I now have more from Maryland than most of the others combined.

Arrowman, you should recognize those Points on top of the Sandal. I'm pretty sure they came from you.
