I was out and about today. Wasn't even swinging my detector. Found these in some grass. Just glistening in the sun.

looks like a couple of coin collectors "pocket pieces"
these were meant to be worn to a poor -1 or a fair -2.

the low grading is desired by some who collect "lowballs"...those were cherished pieces, someone is feeling bad about losing them
But you did great! nice finds

I can see that one of them is a Kennedy half, do you know what the composition is ? Have you been able to identify the other coin yet ?

I can see that one of them is a Kennedy half, do you know what the composition is ? Have you been able to identify the other coin yet ?

I really haven't got the slightest clue on the gold-ish one. But that half on the other hand, I believe isn't terribly old. The edge isn't silver. Just by that I assumed it was at least after '64. I'm not too well informed on dating them, and this one seems to be pretty well worn.
