Couple of oldies from last two days

New spot at small bay park gives up oldest silver for me to date. 1899 o barber quarter. Only 2" down giving clad quarter ID.
Yesterday's finds were a 1890 IH and a silver plate spoon. With hallmarks for William Richardson ltd. ca 1900.

Those are some nice finds!! I can't even get a penny right now. The dirt here in south central PA is like friggin desert concrete! Just imagine what the last meal was for that spoon before it was lost

Great finds ! I've not yet found the Barber quarter on up , just a few dimes - no IH yet for me either - someday !
