"Cows on Common Act" 1498-1921, token, and more

Hi all, Happy new Year. Been a little busy lately and had a late start to the year. Well i hunting quite a large site that has quite few different uses. Theres a once sports ground, tennis club and there was a old hotel and a Huge gold mine called "The Great Victoria Extended " With recent heavy rain the mine shaft cap has caved in . Huge piles of tailings over the back.

Found a cow tag on the old sports ground , must have been the lawn mower Tradesmen token, early scout button , old tag[army] silver three pence and a piece of gold.

Great Bull tag, fantastic condition. No wonder you managed to catch it, its about 80 years old, the poor thing.

I got a feeling youre about to find a one ouncer, under a tree, looks like an iron bark, stony ground, between two roots. About 50 yards off a bitumen road, steep slope, looks dry, the slope is steep but short, at right angles to the road,. Only about 6 inches deep, next to a rock, you have to take out rock about the size of 4 MB cans, its a clean nugg, very smooth. Cant see any rubbish on it.

Cant see a map unfortunately, but it is there! I swear!

The Victoria / Melbourne token is a very sweet find!!!

Is there available info on the time period for that particular company?

Some tokens are worth their weight in gold!

The reports of the flooding Down Under is quite terrifying. Hope the rains subside soon!
