So long as you're not buying from like China or Bulgaria, you're going to get genuine junk silver since very little of that is faked.

It just takes some shopping around to find the prices that you want to pay, shipping that works for you (keep in mind that many large shops don't have enough physical metal on hand to deal with demand!)

Buy wherever the price/delivery is best for you, whether that is eBay, APMEX, Craigslist, Coin shops, Bullion shops, pawn shops, garage sales, your local paper's classifieds, auctions, etc. The quality is going to be the same.
