Bill,

Quick question....

What method do you use to powder the habeneros?

I've been cutting them up and putting them on a baking sheet in the oven on low heat, 100 degrees for a couple three hours and dispensing the results in a pepper grinder.

Best,

Scott

Scored a hunk of premium meat the other day....

IMG_1820.JPG
(Still frozen)

Got it sliced and swimming in some marinade.

IMG_1821.JPG
Gonna let it soak up the goodness of my home-made marinade overnight and tomorrow will fire up the grill and slow cook these puppies for tender goodness with hickory chips.

I've given y'all plenty of notice.
Come on over to my house tomorrow, bring a side dish , your own plate and your hunger!

Best,

Scott

Had to go back to Duluth to exchange my steel toed boots today.
They were a size too small...
I wore that pair for 2 days and they hurt so bad that I could hardly walk.

Stopped on the way home and got my hair cut.

Now I'm a coupla pounds lighter and once again incognito per Post office photos.....:laughing7:

Dang!

Gonna have to throw one of them sliced pieces of meat in the oven on low heat for dinner.

Perhaps a baked tater, some home-made 3 bean salad, sliced pickled cukes, maters and sweet tea....

It don't get much better!
Here in Georgia!
Yeah, we know how to do it right!

Best,

Scott

It's "The Bomb!" :laughing7:

Can you say, "A Clean Plate?"

Seconds?
No.
Dessert?
YES!

Cookies, ice cream and a cup of coffee or two.....

And tomorrow, the rest of the meat slow cooked on my grill?
You better believe it!
A meal that will be the best ever!

Hope all have a great meal tonight!

Best,

Scott

Yeah,
I'm playing poker again....

I love the challenge of mathematical odds and bluffing....

One should have a diversion that is satisfying, don't you agree?

(I won again. Surprised? If you know me, you shouldn't be......)

It's still early.
How 'bout another tourney?
I'm getting close to 2 million.
The first million is always the hardest.....

Hang on a sec....pouring a cup of coffee....

OK. Let's get it on!

latest

Scott

Just sent a message to my Vet Rep at the Georgia Dept. of Labor to wit:

My Friend,
I have now worked at Xxxxxx's for a week and my schedule has changed twice.
Yet, I am still willing to volunteer to help other Vets in the Program.(Veterans Court)
My hours are now Monday thru Friday from 12 noon until 8:30 pm.
Please keep me in mind and if possible, an introduction with Judge Roberts would be appreciated.
Hope that you are well and,

Always,

My Best Wishes!

Scott Xxxxxx

Yeah, I can chew anything I bite! Dig?
I always have time for my fellow Vets!
I'll always be there for you......

I first learned of "Veteran's Court" during a personal meeting with Congressman Doug Collins of the Georgia's 9th District, discussing Veteran's issues.

Soon, I'll be a factor in my fellow Vet's lives for their benefit!

Hmmm...

A yellow jacket sting, boots that are too small or a past love that didn't go well.

Life can hurt sometimes, my Friends.

But, if you are strong, you can surpass these minor pains and find a way to show your strength and help others.

For me, life is pain and then rising up to show that, YES!

YOU CAN SURVIVE!

You get stronger, you see your mistakes and you lead others to be wiser!

That is what the Wolf Pack is.

I am Wolf Pack.

How 'bout you?

A quick story....

When I was a young teenager, I was in Boy Scouts.
Troop 53. Lawrence, Kansas.
We went on many camping trips in the woods.
I excelled at Jamborees....
I taught other Scouts lessons of camping, knot tying and other skills.
I quickly advanced in rank and was soon a First Class Scout. I soon formed my own Patrol.
Yep. The Wolf Pack Patrol.

I then advanced to the Senior Patrol but kept ties with my beloved Wolf Pack Patrol.
During this time I became a Webelos Den Chief for a group of kids in my neighborhood.

Suddenly, a new Scoutmaster was assigned to the Troop.

He and I had differences of opinions and I quit all Scouting activities.

So did many others....

One man screwed so many other kids opportunities to enjoy Nature and Volunteering and to be an asset for America.

Perhaps, if I had it to "Do Over," I'd kick his a$$ out and become the new Scoutmaster.
I certainly could have.....

I still believe in Scouting, but, today is different than yesterday. Dig?

Ah!
I see mother of pearl. Or is that abalone?

That's abalone!

Makes no difference. I got both.

I also have other fine stones, polished and ready.

How about some malachite?

Choose a color or stone.

Best,

Scott

PS.

I really need to know what length you need to know how many stones to add....
Do the measurement that I suggested....
You know my price...Shipping only!

Hmmm..

Seems like I cut a key for a Friend here on T-net and didn't even charge a nickle.......:icon_scratch:

Best,

Scott
