I nominate YOU ("C") as Prez; you need a Vice-Prez (Bill...?), Secretary, and Treasurer. I would be your Spiritual Advisor, with "Cat"... we need YING/YANG. WHAT is the "agenda"...? Need MISSION Statement, "Biz Plan"... etc, etc.

Just read a punctution error on a different thread. The way this reads now it means that Spartacus is very important to 'modest' or possibly very expensive to 'modest.'

Perhaps you meant to say, "You are much too modest."
