Crotal Bell?

I found this amongst 2 crotal bells. It def looks like one but is made of thin metal, the bells I found in this area were made of thicker brass.

Part of bicycle bell... bottom part perhaps ?

Cap for incense burner ?

Looks a tad big and shallow for being a typical later date jingle bell.
Hard to tell the exact measurement or how deep it is.
