what color does it fluoresce? It's probably a synthetic stone, like in class rings. Good catch though, it hardly seems worth the trouble these days. Too bad we don't have a beach like this one in Spain.

I read years back about stones fluorescing and what colors they turned, but I don't remember much of what it said....my mental filing system has not been upgraded to digital!
