Hello,
Looking for any insight on Culabra, Puerto Rico, as far as... does anyone know any Pirate stories? shipwrecks? Gold coins ever found on a beach? We are heading down in a couple weeks and will be hanging out there for awhile.

An island off Puerto Rico with a population of less then 2,000 humans. May be many more sting rays hangin' in the shallow waters.

Culebra use to be a us military bombing range and look out for the scorpions and centipedes they hurt like hell when you step on them. I know from personal experience. Spent a long weekend there once before I started detecting.

Great detecting on all of the beaches. Hike to the old army fort above flamenco beach.lots of goodies.
