Curious on this rug design

I am hoping someone can shed some light on this rug? I am trying to figure out if it is a possible Native American rug and or from another ethnic group. its around 67x43 inches. It is worn in places and has fading. Any help is appreciated.

JMO it looks to be S. American, but I'm no expert on rugs.

Looks like it might be Kilim, I have a couple of kilim rugs. They are Turkish. They are wool rugs dyed with vegetable dyes. Not certain though!
