Current Aluminum Prices in Ontario Canada

Just called my yard, they said extrusion just dropped to .45cents a lb, old sheet and cast is.20 cents/lb.

Good thing I have 55 gallon drums to store all this til prices go back up! I'm making money elsewhere in the scrap biz.. so I'll have to ride this out like everyone else.

On the other hand the price for white goods has gone up 250%in the last little bit. Mind you, it's still only $25 a ton I took in a few appliances and got $5 - I was pleasantly surprised

There are sure some wild flucuations in prices.
Last week batteries were 4c a kilogram ( about 2c/ pound) , but this week up to 7c/kg.
But next week could be down again.
Sure makes it darn hard to pick it as I have a ton and a half to dump.
I've stopped collecting these batts for now.
