I love it all Gypsy! What a cool place to hunt. I can't wait to see what else you pull out of there. How the heck do you drag that stuff back UP the hill :D. Tell Cheyenne great save!

Very nice digs Gypsy, out there at dawn too,now that's dedication!!Glad to see she rescued your coffee and you rescued those eyeglass pieces from an eternity in the ground!!! Congrats, Bootstrap

everything is in triplicate ;D 8)

Wonderful pics Gypsy! Wishing you and your family a great turkey day!

Hey Gypsy,Nice pics of the buildings and town.In the first pic,the one with the cupolas, check out the kid sitting to the far right by the fence post, could be a coin or a pocket knife waiting right there for you if you can find the exact spot! HH, Bootstrap

Nice stuff ! That eye doctor thing is wonderful !

Very nice things. Just a question: would it be better with an archaeologists help? ???

I thought the image on the Deere item was a guy reading the paper while using the privy.

I've never seen a "center-axis" lorgnette; maybe the things with lenses really are Frontier Optometrist gear.

And who reads with a lorgnette in the ess-house, anyway? Not a time most of us put on airs..

I am beginning to wonder if there was an eye doctor building near by....I am finding several items that pertain to an eye doctor .....so doing a little more research...

Awesome looking finds there Gypsy. Congratulaitons on the Victorian boot hooks, and the optometry lenses

NICE finds !!!!!

Our Judges rated the gymnastic coffee save ...9.8 - 9.4 - 9.8 - and 9.9 !! 8)

One technical point...that blue-eyed thingy with the green hood...I don't think that you are allowed to take those home. JUST KIDDING!! What a cute kid!! Seriously, the eyeglass items could definitely be antiques, so you may have hit gold afterall.

This is really making me want to dig up the privy in my back yard. The outhouse itself is still on it's side near the river. Yes, I ordered my henchman (husband) to put it there when I was much younger and didn't appreciate the finer things in life. ;D Really nice digs, love the spectacles on a stick!

What a blast, Gypsy. I can't believe what good shape the button hooks and the optometry instruments are. :o :o

I'm booking my flight now...will be there soon!! :-* :-*
