Willing to travel up to 50 miles, any direction....
There is a caveat...I expect a fistful of Spanish silver, enough Large Cents to to play checkers, and belt plates from both North and South.

Dang. I am off the 20-21st this week. I am in Baltimore. I spotted some construction out in Fredrick but don't have permission or anything. Deep Creek eh? Got a wetsuit? Its gonna be cold water this time of year lol. Joking, I am sure theres plenty of land beeping to be had that way. I may be out there this weekend but sounds like I'll miss you by a hair. Not in the stars for me this time, but best wishes if you go. I've heard of the area but never been there. Is it a state park? If so, you can only hunt the beach areas and the water, per state regulations.

Yes, there are regulations at the State Park, and the lake is pretty cold...ha, no chance of me getting wet.
There are plenty of old homes, especially in Oakland, and surrounding towns. Also lots of farmland that has been cultivated, stripped, ready for winter...as well as the woods, but the hunters might want to bag a Detectorist.
I will get out a few times this week...but not today.
