Deer hunting finds

A few arrowheads found while deer hunting in the Southwest Desert. We also found an item that may be some sort of tool. I am leaning more towards a natural formation due to the rough texture.

Cool finds. That really long find that you think is part of a natural formation might actually have been used as some sort of tool IMO. I am not sure of this, but It looks to me like it might be an igneous type rock or Metamorphic. Did you find it in the vacinity of the points? For nature to produce an igneous or metamorphic rock that long, skinny, and rounded on the ends is unusual to me. Now, if it were a sedementary rock, eroded out of formation maybe so. Again, this is just from what i have seen in the field. Now the question is is it a metamorphic or igneous rock? That piece looks really slender, long and well formed. Is there evidence of grinding, etc on one of the ends of the piece?? Or, does it look to be worked on by the human hand?? If not an artifact, a very peculiar rock for the shape. The pics aren't very clear BTW, can you produce better pics for everyone?

Sorry about the pics. I am having problems with my camera focusing. i will try with my cell phone and another camera that I have and hopefully get some clear pics up. The long cylindrical item was found within a couple of miles from where the arrowheads were found.

I agree with creek. That first piece looks like a Roller Pestle to me as well.

I will try and get better pics of the possible roller pestle. My phone doesn't do much better than the camera

Thanks for the responses. No we didn't get a deer but got to kill an Elk the following weekend.
