Defunded Police- Where would you detect first?

I respect the local, state and federal police. Only stupid people want to defunded police.

I detect hazardous places as it is, I speak softly and carry a big stick in all circumstances.
If it came down to anarchy I don't think detecting would be a high priority anyhow, but wildly rhetorical questions are really not possible to answer.

I’m waiting for a government shutdown....then you can detect parks, national monuments , wilderness Areas, etc.

Funny though, if you look at appropriate maps old and new (in WA for instance) it would seem all the spots where historically gold has been found are now either state or federal land.

You're right. Look at GA. The gold areas around Dahlonega and to the NE are now National Forest. Gary

If they get rid of the police I might have to detect with TWO pieces of equipment. My detector to find coins and jewelry and an AR-15 to protect myself from being robbed.
