Found on the Beach of the Delaware Bay.

A WAT? Door stop. No way, quests again.

Very interesting stone. It does look like it was man-made & fashioned for some purpose. Maybe a wedge that's tapped into place with a wooden mallet for boat building or some other function. Cool find. Good luck in your search.

Glacial erratic. Striations caused by being scraped along other rocks.

actually it is a pretty common natural shape. I always suspect that native folk would have started with something like that before altering it.

I think it is an Indian mussel and clam cracker. Lay a ruler next to it and take some good photos, get the weight and email an expert archeologist at one of the Universities near you.
