DEMON inside ( update)

aw Double A...we dont want you to be sick we want you to get better! My hubby and i were just talking the other day about how so many people, now days, are getting diabetes. It seems to be more and more. I'm sure its the way the world is going now, we get so caught up in trying to take care of our familys these days that we forget to take care of ourselves first!
I dont know who your doctor is but do some research of your own, you may find something that he failed to mention.
Or go to a specialist who deals with this sort of thing everyday. Search search search! The main thing is to put yourself first! You can get better, and only you can fight off the 'demon' but its up to you!
Wishing nothing but the best for you.....
Trish

Thanks everyone the best part of this is the Warden is being nice to me

Now Frank, you are one tough cookie. You can beat anything that comes your way. So hug the Warden, and feel the support coming from here. Group hug folks! :-*

I am in!! ~HUGE HUGS~

My brother was diagnosed a few years ago with the same demon - please try not to let it get you.

Our bodies are merely vessels -

Our bodies are not the definition of who we are - of who YOU are.

Thankfully, we live in an age that has made leaps and bounds in the medical field - like others here, I say do some research - alot of research, there is alot of things available out there, though not necessarily in the immediate area where you live. One of the best things you can do to fight this demon is to gain knowledge.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers -

YOU CAN DO IT!

HIO AA-a: quit looking for sympathy," ya lazy bum", go find me money for Zimmerman's gold.!!

Incidentally, your doc is correct, if the circulation is nil, the resulting alternative is probably gangrene, not pretty.

But if that gentleman can run cross country on prosthetics, you can surely continue to work and hunt for treasure for me. i'LL even let you invest your new found money in me and Zimmerman. he he he

thank you sir i love you to sniff ;D

AA hang in there and fight. I am 81 and in four years, I lost my wife, a son, had a triple bypass. My arteries in my neck had to be cleaned out, the left side is 100% blocked. My intestines locked and I had to have surgery to unblock, then my kidneys failed. I had a vessel burst on the left side of my brain, had to learn to talk again, that stroke almost did me in but I healed. I woke up starving. Three days after bypass I went to the hosp to see my wife, she was in intensive care and never made it. I had to have two cateracts removed got my vision back 20-20. That all happened in two and a half years, the last 18 months, I have been trying to get in shape, two miles a day is best I can do, I was going to try for five but I just cannot reach it. My doctor has not seen me in four months, my appt is two months away. Remember when Castro had his problem, I was in the same condition and all the talk about what his condition was had me thinking. The press put such a grave image on that that I had to think they were putting on a show and now I think I was right. You listen to the doctors and specialists, follow their lead, you can do it. I was lucky, and put all the credit on the nurses and doctors and army of technicians. It was like building a purse out of a sows ear. My friend you can handle anything you set your mind to, do it. Maybe we should be talking to the Warden.. Gnewt

my problem is small compared to yours gnewt. Dont worry about the Warden she is all over my rear end just like a diaper.

Yay for the Warden!! Tell her we love her!! as well as you! ;)

Love you too Gnewt! You are an amazing man!

Nothing amazing, lucky and lots of them spirits around, not in the brown longneck bottles very often. Huh
You have a good Warden AA, don't try to break out.
Cynangyl, A big hug to you so don't blush or run. I'll put that sack over my head.
Be Happy Gnewt

Sniff, smooochies :-* :-* :-*, and (((((((((aa-a)))))))))) - no descrete patty pats though.

Enough luvin, now quit being maudlin, and "get out of here and get me some money too" as Peggy Lee sang.

Seriously, you don't exactly have a picnic in front of you my friend, but many many others have gone though the same with excellent results. Yer just ornery enough to follow the same path and even beat them..

Incidentally, If we ever go hunting together, I refuse to give you any handicap ! You won't need one, I will.
