You certainly have my interest in seeing your collection of trade era finds. I'm starting to salivate at the thought of getting to see them.
Hey Pepperj,
Here a few recent finds, I'll find the other images of more of the trade silver and send your way. I have provided an image of a trade cross and trade ring. The top of the cross is broken off. Not sure yet of the naval button, I believe it's British.

I have some hours on the Deus 2 with 9" coil now and several good finds already but i have one concern. IT tends to false on nails, especially old rusty square nails alot. Although i have learned the tricks to "not" digging them about 70% of the time now, it just really takes alot of time to circle those targets and look and listen for clues of iron falsing. I generally use the Deus 2 in Fast, Deep HC or a custom coin program built off of Park....just depends on my hunting location. Just wondering if there is a certain adjustment to be made to make the Deus like rusty iron less...? These iron targets usually sound good initially with numbers reading from 78 to as high as 95. They just usually give themselves away as iron if you circle them and swipe from several directions the numbers will drop to single digits and give the iron grunt.... Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
Now that another 4 months has past, how is it going with the iron falsing issue?

The Deus 2 will give a falsing sound on deep silver similar to falsing of deep rusty nails.

Watching a video/then playing out in the field with pitch-kind of got lost with it.
So I had to resort back to the general program.
Not enough hrs on the machine but real interesting program.
Just need more experience in the tech side of doing things
Loving it over the Deus 1 in the heavy iron sites.

I am not digging any more iron with the Deus II than I did with the Deus I...Some are having trouble...I have been thinking and trying to figure out what the solution is....

Ratio of digging iron
80% less with the Deus 2
I have only hit previous hunted sites.
Just to see what was missed.
Certain #s are a sure iron it seems.
#77/#84 seem to be mine.
But still a newbie to the machine.
